DESCRIPTION: E & S, strip topsoil, excavation & fill, arch pipes, drainage piping & inlets, stone areas, and roadways & seeding for various FGD areas and new rail cradle which includes multiple retaining walls. The final site grading includes excavation, fine grading, geotextile, subbase, paving, guiderail, fencing, slope protection, and median barriers.
