Since 2021, R & L Development Company has delivered seven utility-scale solar projects totaling 7,934 acres across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Our scope has included full-site civil preparation, mass grading, erosion and sedimentation control installation, access road construction, laydown development, and ongoing site support for EPC partners.

Across these projects, we installed more than 318,000 linear feet of erosion and sedimentation controls and developed 52 acres of laydown and turnaround areas, and over 1,000,000 cubic yards of site grading to support large-scale, multi-phase construction operations.
